Corrupt judge caught
The Council of State has dismissed a claim for the reinstatement of employment rights brought by a judge who was caught accepting a bribe in exchange for releasing a suspect linked to Fetullah Gülen's organisation (FETÖ) and who had lifted a trustee decision concerning a company in exchange for ‘six flats at a bargain price’.
