They will sell what they cannot mine to companies
With MAPEG’s new tenders, dozens of new mining areas – with a total size equivalent to 72,000 football pitches – will be transferred to mining companies. Whilst the majority of these areas are located in zones subject to authorisation, the largest portion of the tenders has once again been allocated to metallic mining.
