No professors in thousands of departments

As the Higher Education Institutions Examination preference process begins, the AKP government, which opened a university in every province, has been unable to find academic staff for thousands of departments. There are no professors in approximately 3,830 departments across the country. The number of professors in 168 engineering, 34 psychology, and 1 medicine department at state universities is zero.
